The projector ZX300 by Optoma operates as a 3D-DLP device with 3500 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast of 300000:1. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 30000 hours, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Looking at practical performance, up to 515 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 343 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. This model dates back to 2021 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
