The Optoma EX540i is a 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector that brings 2800 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 2500:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 3000 hours for this projector's lamp. Regarding projection size, the value of 2800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 461 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 307 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 29 decibels. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
