Based on DLP technology, the Optoma EW628 device delivers 2700 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 2000:1 as a projector. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Regarding projection size, the value of 2700 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 528 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 352 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
