The S310e model from Optoma combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. Regarding projection size, the value of 3200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 493 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 329 cm. With a value of only 29 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
