Based on DLP technology, the Optoma HD32 device delivers 1000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1280 x 720 and a contrast of 3000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Looking at practical performance, up to 321 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 214 cm. With a value of only 30 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
