Designed for the Standard-Portabel sector, the W365 model from Optoma features 3600 ANSI lumens, a native HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution and a contrast ratio of 22000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 5000 hours for this projector's lamp, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Regarding projection size, the value of 3600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 610 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 407 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
