Based on DLP technology, the Optoma W319USTi device delivers 3300 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 and a contrast of 18000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4500 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.2 years at 2 hours of daily use. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Specifically for the educational or business sector, an interactive whiteboard function is also integrated.
