Equipped with DLP technology, the Optoma HD800XLV offers 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 8000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 454 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 303 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 29 decibels. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
