The basic data of the Optoma GT1070Xe includes 2800 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 as well as a contrast of 23000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 5000 hours for this projector's lamp, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 98 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 2800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 538 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 359 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. This model dates back to 2016 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
