Based on DLP technology, the Optoma S365 projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 3600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 22000:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 5000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 6.8 years possible. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. A look at the light output reveals: The 3600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 523 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 349 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
