The WU416 model is a 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector from Optoma, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 4200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 at WUXGA 1920 x 1200. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Distance Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 658 cm can be illuminated with 4200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 439 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
