The Optoma UHZ3000 is a 3D-LED-DLP projector offering 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2700000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 30000 hours – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 371 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since the projector supports Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 29 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling.
