The projector HD26LV by Optoma utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 25000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 5000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. Regarding projection size, the value of 3500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 401 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
