The Optoma ZH606TST-W is a 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector offering 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Lens Shift Calculator. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 158 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 525 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. Since entering the market in 2020, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
