Equipped with DLP technology, the Optoma TX762 offers 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
