The HD93 model from Optoma combines DLP technology in the High-End Homecinema sector with 1300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 600000:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for optical image shifting. To plan the individual installation location, a look at the Distance Calculator is recommended. Looking at practical performance, up to 366 cm can be illuminated with 1300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 244 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
