The TX728 is a BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Optoma, whose specifications list 2600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2200:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 2600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 296 cm. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
