The hardware properties of the ZU1100 manufactured by Optoma include 9600 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast value of 2000000:1. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 30000 hours, covering an estimated 20.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 9600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 995 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 663 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs.
