With the GT2000HDR, Optoma offers a 3D-DLP projector that features 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1800:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 30000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 99 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Regarding projection size, the value of 3500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 401 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection.
