The W319USTie model is a 3D-DLP projector from Optoma, intended for Short Distance applications, offering 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 18000:1 at WXGA 1280 x 800. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4500 hours before a replacement is necessary, achieving a lifespan of 6.2 years when used for 2 hours a day. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 54 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 601 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 401 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. With a value of only 26 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
