Behind the name TX782W is a BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Optoma, whose main features include 4700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Distance Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 597 cm can be illuminated with 4700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 398 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
