The Optoma ZU510T-W is a DLP projector offering 5300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1800:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Regarding projection size, the value of 5300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 740 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 493 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. The HDBaseT connection particularly shows its strengths in complex installations, enabling long transmission paths with standard CAT cables. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
