Equipped with DLP technology, the Optoma ZH520 offers 5500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 30000 hours – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Looking at practical performance, up to 753 cm can be illuminated with 5500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 502 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
