Based on DLP technology, the Optoma HZ150X projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 30000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 29 decibels.
