The technical data of the Optoma EX779P includes 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 as well as a XGA 1024 x 768 display. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 616 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 411 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
