Categorized in the Short Distance segment, the W306ST projector from Optoma projects with a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution, alongside 3500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 15000:1. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 3500 hours. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 104 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 601 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 401 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
