The basic data of the Optoma ZU606T-W includes 6000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 as well as a contrast of 2000:1. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Regarding projection size, the value of 6000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 525 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2019, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
