The projector Lifestudio Flex Plus by Epson USA utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 1250 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000000:1 at a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 1250 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 359 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 239 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K. Equipped with Google TV, the device provides direct access to a broad spectrum of streaming services. Integrated voice control via Google Assistant also facilitates menu navigation and content searching. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. Thanks to support for Chromecast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen. With a value of only 28 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background.
