The Pro L1300U is a LCD projector by Epson USA, whose specifications list 8000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000000:1 and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 8000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 909 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 606 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. This model dates back to 2016 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
