Based on LCD technology, the Epson USA Ensemble HD 720 projects images in a Homecinema environment, with technical specs listing 1500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and a HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1700 hours for this projector's lamp. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Projection Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 1500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 393 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 262 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Since entering the market in 2008, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
