Known as the PowerLite 1960, this LCD projector by Epson USA features basic specs of 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Epson USA, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 616 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 411 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
