The projector EX21 by Epson USA operates as a LCD device with 2200 ANSI lumens, a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast of 2000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 408 cm can be illuminated with 2200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 272 cm. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
