Known as the PowerLite 675W, this LCD projector by Epson USA features basic specs of 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 14000:1 at a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. According to Epson USA, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 56 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 575 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 383 cm. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
