With the PowerLite 4650, Epson USA offers a LCD projector that features 5200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Lens Shift Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 5200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 628 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 419 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
Stationary | Permanent installation in the training room and meeting room as well as the conference room. Wide screen width or rooms with plenty of light (over 200 lumens).
