The Lifestudio Flex model from Epson USA combines LCD technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 875 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000000:1 and a native UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. As an LED projector, the spec sheet indicates a lifespan of 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Regarding projection size, the value of 875 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 301 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 201 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. Equipped with Google TV, the device provides direct access to a broad spectrum of streaming services. The integrated Google Assistant ensures comfortable operation, allowing the projector to be controlled via voice commands. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to support for Chromecast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
