The hardware properties of the PowerLite Pro G6900 manufactured by Epson USA include 6000 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast value of 5000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2500 hours for this projector's lamp. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Distance Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 525 cm. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
