The Powerlite L615U model from Epson USA combines LCD technology in the Stationary sector with 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500000:1 and a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 525 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
