This projector from Christie utilizes Laser-DLP technology, achieving 4000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 300:1 at a resolution of SXGA 1280 x 1024. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1000 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 535 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 357 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by Christie.
