The L2K1500 model from Christie combines LCD technology in the Event sector with 15000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a native HD2K 2048 x 1080 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction, granting significant leeway during mounting. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 1067 cm can be illuminated with 15000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 711 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2011 and is no longer part of Christie's current product range.
