According to Christie, the CP2208-LP model provides 11000 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 1700:1 alongside a HD2K 2048 x 1080 resolution. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 30000 hours, which translates to 20.5 years with 4 hours of daily use. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 11000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 913 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 609 cm. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Christie's current product range. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
