As a projector for the Stationary sector, the Christie Matrix HD7 is equipped with 7000 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 2000:1. According to Christie, the included lamp lasts up to 1500 hours. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for purely optical image shifting. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 850 cm can be illuminated with 7000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 567 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2007, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
