Categorized in the E-Cinema segment, the D4K2560 projector from Christie projects with a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 resolution, alongside 22500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1500 hours for this projector's lamp. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Lens Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 1382 cm can be illuminated with 22500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 921 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
