The projector L2K1000 by Christie utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 at a resolution of HD2K 2048 x 1080. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction, granting significant leeway during mounting. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 871 cm can be illuminated with 10000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 581 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie.
