As a projector for the Stationary sector, the Christie Inspire DWU760A-iS (TAA) is equipped with 6000 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast of 1300000:1. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Lens Shift Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 787 cm can be illuminated with 6000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 525 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The HDBaseT connection particularly shows its strengths in complex installations, enabling long transmission paths with standard CAT cables. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. Since entering the market in 2021, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
