The equipment of the Christie DWU630-GS projector includes 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000000:1 with a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 display. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 6000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 525 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
