The hardware properties of the HD8K manufactured by Christie include 8000 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast value of 2000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1500 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. A look at the light output reveals: The 8000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 909 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 606 cm.
