The technical data of the Christie CP4450-RGB includes 55000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 6000:1 as well as a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 display. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 50000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 34.2 years possible. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1292 cm can be illuminated with 55000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 861 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. This model dates back to 2023 and is no longer part of Christie's current product range. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
