The hardware properties of the DWU775 E manufactured by Christie include 6700 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution and a contrast value of 5000:1. According to Christie, the lamp has a durability of 1500 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 6700 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 832 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 555 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Christie's current product range.
