The MX552P is a 3D-DLP projector by Benq, whose specifications list 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4500 hours before a replacement is necessary – mathematically sufficient for 6.2 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
