The technical data of the Benq MW883UST includes 3300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 as well as a WXGA 1280 x 800 display. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2500 hours. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 48 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 3300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 584 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 389 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
